Easy Tortilla Wrap Pizza Recipe: Bianca & Rosso in 10 Minutes

Looking for a quick, crispy, and delicious meal idea? These tortilla wrap pizzas are the perfect solution! They’re ready in 10–12 minutes, super easy to customize, and taste like a real pizza — but lighter and faster.

Wrap Pizza Bianca (Creamy Tortilla Wrap Pizza)

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla wrap

  • 2–3 tbsp crème fraîche

  • 1 grilled bell pepper (from a jar), sliced into strips

  • 30–40 g shredded mozzarella / pizza cheese

  • Salt & pepper

  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

  2. Place the tortilla wrap on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  3. Spread a thin layer of crème fraîche over the wrap.

  4. Add the grilled pepper strips on top.

  5. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella/pizza cheese.

  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.

  7. Finish with fresh basil and serve immediately.

Tip: Add a drizzle of olive oil for extra flavor! Wrap Pizza Rosso (Tomato & Mushroom Tortilla Pizza)

  • 3–4 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 100 g mushrooms, sliced

  • 30–40 g shredded mozzarella / pizza cheese

  • Salt & pepper

  • Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

  2. Place the tortilla wrap on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  3. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the wrap.

  4. Add the sliced mushrooms evenly.

  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella/pizza cheese.

  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until crispy and golden.

  7. Top with fresh basil and enjoy!

🍄 Extra delicious: Add a pinch of oregano or chili flakes.
